If you have a website, I thought this was a pretty cool way to say ‘thank you’ with a link back to your website. There are currently 10 TopSpots listed. As a thank you for your tip of $20, your link will move into the “top spot” or the number 1 spot.
Your link will stay on the board until 10 more people tip via TopSpots with their own link. That could take a week - a month - who knows? If more satisfied readers choose to use “Buy Me a Beverage” instead, your link could be there a long time. That means more potential traffic to your site.

Buy Me a Beverage
Sometimes we just want to buy someone a drink out of gladness, appreciation, thankfulness. I thought this Buy Me a Beverage page was a cute way of facilitating this. Your donations of any amount will be appreciated. There’s a menu of neat little drinks from water on up.
(In reality, I can only drink but so much, and well - my fridge is stocked. Therefore, your donations will be invested in much more substantial things than a bunch of drinks for me… like site improvements, new ideas and financially helping me to continue dedicating my time to this work.)
As the TopSpots givers receive a ‘thank you’ link and some traffic, I also wanted to do a little something special for those of you who don’t have websites you want to promote. Since we talk about getting free in every area our lives, I figured everyone could use a little getaway as a couple or as a family to relax, reconnect, have a little fun, or simply recharge their batteries.
